Domain Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to propose and create customer solutions within your designated area of expertise.

• Serve as our expert in presentations to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.

• Lead and facilitate customer demonstrations that highlight our distinctive value proposition.

• Define and manage Proof of Value (PoV) projects for potential clients based on best practices to secure technical success in your assigned opportunities.

• Promote high technical validation and PoV success rates within your designated area of expertise.

• Design solutions that assist our clients in enhancing and simplifying their security posture.

• Expedite the technical validation of proposed solutions within your specialization.

• Create documentation for High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure effective implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks Solutions.

• Assist our clients in building and further developing their services centered around Cortex solutions.

• Lead discussions on industry trends and emerging shifts in the security landscape.

• Engage credibly in conversations about competitive offers in the market, positioning ours as the superior alternative.

• Support account solutions consultants in effectively responding to RFIs/RFPs, serving as the primary technical contact for Cortex.

• Present Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services as suitable to guarantee effective implementation and value realization of our solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Security Operations or presales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments.

• Strong understanding of Security Operations Center processes.

• Proven experience in client engagement, showcasing a customer-centric approach and adept problem-solving skills.

• Scripting experience is advantageous, with Python being the preferred language.
