This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Compose and revise policies, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
• Create Air Force Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs and TOs), Telecommunication Survey Installation Plans (TSIPs), and Installation Plans (I-Plans).
• Evaluate existing documents for precision and adherence to standards, identifying areas for improvement.
• Safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Oversee document management, including versions and revisions, while adhering to deadlines.
• Utilize document management systems and appropriate tools.
• Generate data flow visualizations, network diagrams, elevation diagrams, charts, and graphs.
• Monitor documentation necessary for the ATO process.
• Collaborate with DoW departments and stakeholders to collect necessary information.
• Ensure both paper and digital documentation align with DoW standards and applicable regulations.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing Air Force Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs and TOs), Telecommunication Survey Installation Plans (TSIPs), and Installation Plans (I-Plans).
• Knowledge of Air Force time compliance technical orders, TSIPs, and I-Plans.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Skilled in producing clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Proficient in managing multiple documents, versions, and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiar with document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve documentation challenges.
• Understanding of DoW standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of DoW documentation classification markings and handling of classified materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience with the DoW eMass system for ATO applications is a plus.
• Current Secret clearance is preferred.
