This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Receive, categorize, and organize incoming documents, including medical records, pharmacy requests, and provider orders.
β’ Ensure that the documents received are accurate and complete.
β’ Distribute and archive documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues concerning incoming documents.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
β’ Process an average of 280 documents daily.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a Document Specialist, Document Controller, or in a similar position.
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in utilizing document management software and tools.
β’ Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ Additional qualifications in administration or a related field are advantageous.
β’ Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; the company is currently unable to provide any visa sponsorship, including H1B.
