Document Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Opportunity to work remotely from home.

• Evaluate documents for intricate litigation cases utilizing an electronic review platform to assess relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.

• This is a project-based role, and candidates will be regarded as temporary contingent employees.

• Enhance and broaden legal expertise by contributing valuable perspectives on the discovery process across various litigation fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must live in and work from the state of Tennessee.

• An active law license in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.

• Previous experience in electronically reviewing documents within complex litigation scenarios using various review platforms, including Nebula and Relativity, is preferred.

• Familiarity with reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred.

• Experience in quality control and the preparation of privilege and redaction logs is desirable.

• A secure home office with high-speed internet access and a computer running Windows 11 or Mac: Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26), or newer is required.

• A phone or tablet with Apple OS version 17 or later, or Android OS version 12 or later is a necessity.

• Proficiency in leveraging modern technology, particularly computers and related remote work tools, is essential.

• Strong attention to detail along with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to follow complex work directions are necessary.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
