This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Opportunity to work remotely from home.
β’ Evaluate documents for intricate litigation cases utilizing an electronic review platform to assess relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.
β’ This is a project-based role, and candidates will be regarded as temporary contingent employees.
β’ Enhance and broaden legal expertise by contributing valuable perspectives on the discovery process across various litigation fields.
β’ Candidates must live in and work from the state of Tennessee.
β’ An active law license in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
β’ Previous experience in electronically reviewing documents within complex litigation scenarios using various review platforms, including Nebula and Relativity, is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred.
β’ Experience in quality control and the preparation of privilege and redaction logs is desirable.
β’ A secure home office with high-speed internet access and a computer running Windows 11 or Mac: Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26), or newer is required.
β’ A phone or tablet with Apple OS version 17 or later, or Android OS version 12 or later is a necessity.
β’ Proficiency in leveraging modern technology, particularly computers and related remote work tools, is essential.
β’ Strong attention to detail along with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
β’ Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to follow complex work directions are necessary.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
