Document Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Review and code documentation for intricate litigation cases utilizing electronic review systems such as Relativity and Nebula.

• Identify and implement privilege, confidentiality, and responsiveness coding.

• Perform quality control checks as necessary.

• Assist in preparing privilege logs and redaction logs.

• Adhere to detailed project guidelines.

• Achieve or surpass pace and accuracy targets.

• Operate independently in a secure remote setting.

• Ensure consistent attendance, communication, and time management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid U.S. law license in good standing is mandatory.

• Must be a resident of Wisconsin or Colorado.

• Preferred experience in electronic document review, including Nebula, Relativity, responsiveness, confidentiality, privilege review, issue coding, and privilege logging.

• Experience as a Team Lead or in Quality Control is desired.

• Must have a secure home office equipped with high-speed internet.

• Computer should be running Windows 11 (23H2, 24H2, 25H2 or later), excluding Windows 11 in S Mode, or macOS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26) or newer.

• An Apple or Android phone/tablet must be running iOS 17+ or Android 12+.

• Google Authenticator should be compatible with iOS 14+ or Android 6+.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in remote-work technology are essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities are required.

• Capability to follow complex instructions is crucial.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
