This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Review and organize legal documents utilizing internal systems and email.
β’ Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and processes.
β’ Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
β’ Complete additional assigned projects as needed.
β’ No prior experience required; data entry experience is advantageous.
β’ High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ Capability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail.
β’ Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
β’ Familiarity and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Typing speed ranging from 50 to 60 words per minute.
