This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in West Virginia.
• Employ appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production tasks.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of job requests and ensure the proper execution of job tasks throughout their lifecycle.
• Engage in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as required.
• Apply established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise fulfill document production requests to meet client expectations.
• Show proficiency in using the necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware to perform job duties effectively.
• Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline issues.
• Meet agreed deadlines for service delivery to our clients.
• Resolve basic software or hardware issues as they arise.
• Contribute to creating a proactive atmosphere of continuous service improvement and relationship building with clients.
• Perform quality assurance on work as requested.
• Comply with Williams Lea Tag policies, as well as client policies.
• Utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one (1) year of document production experience, preferably in legal, banking, or large corporate settings.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with other software applications for editing and/or creating documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
• Capability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Good problem-solving skills, with an understanding of when to escalate issues to supervisory levels.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under immediate deadlines.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
• Proven customer service skills are necessary to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
