This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee and sustain enterprise print governance processes, standards, and approval workflows.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for print and fulfillment vendors.
• Assess vendor performance, service level agreements, and contractual commitments, addressing issues as necessary.
• Organize annual evaluations of enterprise print documents in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders.
• Review and coordinate new print and fulfillment requests to ensure alignment with governance standards and operational needs.
• Manage the enterprise print inventory, document catalog, and associated records.
• Oversee changes in document production, vendor implementations, and fulfillment improvements.
• Analyze print usage, operational trends, and expenditure patterns to uncover cost-saving possibilities and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain vendor scorecards, performance metrics, and operational reports.
• Advocate for adherence to enterprise print standards and governance requirements through consultation, communication, and oversight.
• Support enterprise fulfillment projects.
• Engage in vendor onboarding, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist in operational reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and revise standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Provide guidance and consultation to business areas regarding print governance standards and processes.
• Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
• Adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in print operations, vendor management, document services, healthcare operations, business operations, or a related area.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships, operational processes, workflow enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of vendor management, supplier performance monitoring, and service level agreement (SLA) administration.
• Familiarity with print, fulfillment, and document lifecycle operations.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance processes, policy compliance, and workflow controls.
• Awareness of process improvement methodologies and operational efficiency practices.
• Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Understanding of project coordination, change management, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
• Preferred knowledge of healthcare operational workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and understand both written and spoken English.
• Capable of communicating clearly and effectively.
• Ability to stoop and bend.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including typing, sorting, and filing.
• Ability to lift and carry files and business materials.
• Must comply with privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations regarding the confidentiality and security of protected health information.
