This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with educators and campus leadership to foster impactful instructional methods that enhance student learning and success.
• Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) that concentrate on TEKS alignment, lesson comprehension, differentiation, and advanced instructional design.
• Provide coaching cycles for individuals and small groups, including goal assessments, constructive feedback, and reflective discussions.
• Work alongside campus leadership to ensure coaching areas align with instructional priorities.
• Analyze data to establish coaching targets.
• Assist with lesson planning, TEKS alignment, learning objectives, assessment alignment, and differentiated instruction.
• Aid in lesson comprehension, which includes unpacking standards, predicting misconceptions, and identifying exemplary responses.
• Organize structured opportunities for lesson comprehension.
• Share techniques, tools, and short professional development sessions.
• Assist teams in creating aligned lesson plans that incorporate Depth of Knowledge (DOK) questioning and standards-based instructional strategies.
• Support the analysis of student work and formative data to guide instructional modifications.
• Develop and curate instructional resources that align with curriculum maps and district standards.
• Provide specialized instructional support for teachers new to virtual education.
• Assist in virtual lesson delivery, student engagement, and digital classroom management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with the State Compensatory Education program.
• Travel for in-person professional development, student assessments, and/or as required by the school.
• Active Special Education State Teaching License.
• Residency in Texas; residents from nearby states (New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana) may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; web-based tools, and data systems.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Ability to pass the required background check.
• Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year.
