This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assume responsibility for a portfolio of essential strategic clients and MSP clients.
• Foster growth of relationships with executive-level strategic clients.
• Build and maintain connections with the existing Supplier network.
• Collaborate with AMN internal department leaders.
• Provide guidance and oversight to leaders and their Program Management teams.
• Establish a consistent and measurable meeting schedule.
• Ensure that leaders are preparing and effectively conducting regular client business reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and discuss product/service expansion possibilities.
• Propel the development and utilization of Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in program management / MSP, healthcare, and/or staffing sectors.
• A background encompassing both sales and account management.
• More than 5 years of management experience.
• Experience overseeing revenue of at least $100 million.
• Strong financial, analytical, and conceptual abilities.
• Organizational agility with the capability to navigate complex organizations and corporate dynamics.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
