
Divisional Vice President – Retirement Mid Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a group of external sales professionals within a designated geographic area.
• Ensure that productivity and sales targets are achieved while adhering to a specific budget.
• Recruit, hire, and cultivate sales talent for the assigned region.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and broader industry trends; offer expert insights to other departments within the organization.
• Regularly travel with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and provide coaching to effectively implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing regional sales.
• Offer sales support to the team as required.
• Comply with, and ensure compliance with, industry standards, regulatory authorities, and other codes of conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• At least three years of experience as a regional wholesaler.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
• FINRA Series 24/26 is required or must be obtained within six months of hiring.
• Life and health insurance license.
