This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Create, develop, and execute detailed quarterly and annual sales training strategies that align with Westlake’s sales goals.
• Assess the effectiveness of training methodologies and the appropriateness of training programs.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Supply the sales team with current training materials, including handouts, presentations, and videos.
• Evaluate and acquire potential sales contracts during dealer visits.
• Engage in Regional meetings, trade shows, regional events, special occasions, and seminars.
• Must be prepared to travel 3-4 days per week.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
• Required experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with Web Applications is required.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.
• Strong supervisory and management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills with the capability to handle various platforms.
