
Divisional Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Develop, design, and execute detailed quarterly and annual sales training strategies that align with Westlake’s sales goals.
• Assess the effectiveness of training methods and the appropriateness of training programs.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Provide current training materials such as handouts, presentations, and videos to the sales team.
• Evaluate and acquire potential sales contracts during visits to dealers.
• Engage in regional meetings, trade shows, regional events, special occasions, and seminars.
• Availability to travel 3-4 days each week.
• A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
• Required experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with Web Applications is required.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.
• Strong management and supervisory abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are professional and effective.
• Advanced computer skills; adept at working across various platforms.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong presentation skills, from concept creation to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Significant local travel to existing and prospective clients is required, necessitating a valid state driver's license.
