This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network of candidates actively engaged in the Senior Living industry to support both immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Foster relationships to identify and attract top talent for current vacancies, future positions, and referrals.
• Leverage digital sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to find qualified candidates and enhance the talent pipeline.
• Keep abreast of the latest sourcing tools and technologies to implement effective and economical recruitment strategies.
• Aim to decrease reliance on contract labor by attracting permanent staff who demonstrate long-term potential.
• Adhere to well-defined and innovative recruitment strategies that distinguish ESL in a competitive landscape.
• Clearly articulate all job-related elements, including compensation, benefits, work schedules, conditions, and the ESL culture, ensuring candidates have a thorough understanding of their possible role.
• Utilize your expertise to create a compelling candidate experience that showcases our organization's culture and values.
• Aid retention and engagement initiatives by collaborating with HR and leadership teams to guarantee a smooth candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and regional team members to identify, select, and successfully onboard high-quality candidates.
• Engage in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-departmental meetings to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
• Utilize Workable ATS to simplify the recruiting process, manage open requisitions, and oversee the candidate interview lifecycle.
• Ensure precise and organized documentation of candidate interactions, recruiting activities, and job posting accuracy.
• Represent the organization professionally at career fairs and networking events, actively promoting the company’s brand and mission to attract top talent.
• Be flexible and prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Experience in high-volume, multisite recruiting is essential. Experience in Senior Living or Hotel/Hospitality is strongly preferred.
• A genuine passion for connecting people with their ideal jobs and the ability to motivate candidates to recognize the value and fulfillment in our work.
• Exhibit personal accountability and a commitment to professional development by consistently tracking and surpassing KPIs and metrics, ensuring ongoing progress toward achieving and exceeding recruitment goals.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability for conceptual thinking and strategic problem-solving.
• Exceptional professionalism with expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate evaluation, and talent selection.
• Highly proficient in talent acquisition and retention, with a strong dedication to recruitment best practices and outstanding follow-up and communication skills.
• A degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and other common computer applications.
• Previous experience in regional, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools, ATS (preferably Workable), and HRIS systems.
