This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Divisional HSE Director offers executive leadership and strategic guidance for all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives within a designated business division.
• This position is tasked with formulating the divisional HSE strategy, ensuring operational excellence, fostering regional leadership, and promoting continuous improvement across various geographic areas, projects, manufacturing sites, and service operations.
• As the principal HSE leader for the division, the Divisional HSE Director collaborates closely with Division Presidents, Operations Executives, Project Executives, Manufacturing Leadership, Human Resources, Security, Fleet, Energy Control, and Executive Leadership to embed safety into all facets of business performance.
• The Divisional HSE Director supervises several Regional HSE Managers and is responsible for divisional safety outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational risk mitigation, prevention of serious injuries and fatalities (SIF), leadership development, workforce planning, and the implementation of Integra's SafeState Management System.
• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Required)
• A Master's degree in Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Preferred)
• Over 15 years of progressive HSE leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading regional or divisional HSE organizations.
• Proven success in managing multiple regions and large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, or service operations.
• Demonstrated success in transforming organizational safety culture.
• Experience in managing multi-million-dollar HSE budgets and staffing plans.
• Strong executive leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Required Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR/AED
• Preferred Certifications: ASP, CHST, OHST, CIH, CUSP, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NFPA 70E, Qualified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
