This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, serving as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor.
• Drive strategic account planning initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and creating customized solutions to fulfill client needs and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client strategies are in alignment with overall business goals and delivery capabilities.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Account Executives team within the designated division, setting clear objectives and priorities to promote revenue growth and market expansion.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets, attract new clients, and maximize sales potential within existing accounts.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
• Supervise the performance of the Account Executives team, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress towards sales objectives and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Create and implement sales training programs and initiatives to elevate the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional sales strategies, aligning sales goals with company objectives and market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management grounded in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for divisional sales initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven history of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
• Extensive industry knowledge and a robust network of contacts.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert data and insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check after offer acceptance.
