Division Vice President – Inpatient Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the growth and development of the team, encompassing directors to registered nurses.

• Motivate your team to unite in the mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing clinical outcomes and fostering growth.

• Tackle primary growth objectives by conducting thorough due diligence on expansions.

• Nurture relationships with hospitals to cultivate additional partnerships.

• Administer contract agreements and negotiate pricing effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Leadership experience in a multi-site operational business, Healthcare experience is essential.

• Demonstrated success in leading a large, high-performing team.

• Proven track record in identifying and driving growth within your business.

• Established history of successful fiscal and operational leadership; financial expertise is essential.

• Preferred experience engaging with hospitals and health systems.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience is required.
