This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assists in managing client relationships within a financial organization.
• Acts as a knowledgeable individual contributor supporting strategic client accounts.
• Concentrates on fostering client loyalty, addressing escalations, and enhancing client relationships.
• Collaborates closely with service teams, trading, executive management, technology, and other internal experts to address client issues.
• Identifies opportunities to leverage company resources to secure assets and uphold profitability standards.
• Accountable for developing and sustaining relationships with centralized management of our CCD clients and, to a lesser degree, each firm's financial advisors.
• Creates and presents information to groups, both at headquarters and at conferences.
• Promotes the growth and use of CCD resources, services, and products across the organization.
• Designs marketing initiatives and communication strategies to enhance the adoption of the CCD platform.
• Manages the creation of communication strategies for various elements of the CCD strategy.
• Leads and/or contributes to strategy formulation, analysis of adoption drivers, tool integration, service coordination, and product management for different aspects of the CCD platform.
• Analyzes the competitive landscape to identify potential solutions and relationships with high net worth vendors.
• Oversees development projects aimed at enhancing services and resources, including operational strategies.
• Delivers analysis and reports on key performance indicators.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, marketing, or a related business field.
• A minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of increasingly responsible product management experience in the financial services sector.
• Practical understanding of wealth management and financial planning principles.
• Experience with investment products and services, as well as technology platforms and delivery models for high net worth clients.
• Sales experience is necessary.
• SIE is required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies.
• Series 7 license is required.
