District Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Increases branch profitability, management, and growth through strong leadership.

• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

• Evaluates branch requirements, market trends, and competitive environment.

• Determines tactics to optimize sales and profitability.

• Analyzes data critically and converts it into actionable plans.

• Inspires and challenges Team Members within a culture of mutual respect.

• Communicates corporate, district, and branch objectives to Team Members.

• Guides Branch Managers in establishing and achieving collection targets.

• Trains Branch Managers and staff on UDAAP compliance.

• Reviews branch adherence to company policies and state and federal regulations.

• Offers clear and proactive support to all Team Members in the district.

• Manages district administrative tasks, including weekly reporting.

• Promotes a culture of high integrity and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 7 years of experience in the consumer finance sector.

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.

• Must successfully pass drug screening and criminal and credit background checks.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
