District Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Enhances the profitability, control, and growth of the branch through effective leadership.

• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.

• Evaluates branch needs, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.

• Identifies strategies aimed at maximizing sales and profits.

• Analyzes data critically and translates it into actionable plans.

• Inspires and challenges Team Members in an environment of mutual respect, while establishing expectations, setting standards, and delivering timely, effective feedback.

• Communicates company, district, and branch initiatives to Team Members.

• Guides Branch Managers and staff in establishing and achieving collection goals, ensuring compliance with both the letter and spirit of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).

• Trains Branch Managers and staff, ensuring strict adherence to UDAAP (Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices).

• Conducts audits of branch compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as state and federal guidelines, laws, and practices.

• Directly selects, trains, and manages the performance of branch managers.

• Provides visible and active support to all Team Members within the district.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• At least 7 years of experience in the consumer finance industry.

• A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance coverage.

• Must pass drug screening, as well as criminal and credit background checks.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).

• Willingness to relocate for career advancement opportunities.
