District Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take a key role in driving the growth of Services sales by fostering a partnership between Service Providers and the Home Services organization.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Service Providers, which includes sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination.

• Ensure alignment with business objectives, service standards, and compliance requirements through a partnership review process.

• Investigate and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for service enhancements.

• Prioritize and guarantee the prompt resolution of Customer Care cases, collaborating with Service Providers to fulfill service level agreements.

• Conduct Partnership Reviews and maintain regular check-ins with Service Providers to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to compliance.

• Identify, assess, and onboard new Service Providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Familiarity or experience in a retail store environment, home improvement sector, or general construction industry.

• Proven experience in managing residential remodeling projects.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Proficiency in negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and grievance management with both internal and external customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities generally obtained through completing a high school diploma and/or GED.

• Preferred Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completing a bachelor's degree program or an equivalent degree in a related field.
