This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• New Business Development: Spearhead business expansion with a concentrated emphasis on four essential areas: Revenue Generation, Sales Process & Planning, Territory Expertise, and Sustainable Differentiation.
• Grow and Defend with Strategic Thinking: Foster sustainable business achievements through strategic partnerships, key account retention, and distributor involvement.
• Territory Management: Efficiently oversee the region with a focus on advocating for distributor channels, developing talent, honing presentation skills, effective communication, and project management.
• Certificate, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally with technical or industrial products, is required.
• Understanding of distribution channels or indirect sales models is essential.
• Strong technical capabilities—experience with welding or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create account plans, manage sales pipelines, and convert leads effectively.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
