District Sales Manager – US Northeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the direct sales initiatives within the designated territory.

• Collaborate with the regional team to oversee the customer database using CRM tools.

• Drive direct sales and cultivate customer relationships within the assigned territory.

• Generate and promote rental opportunities for all product offerings.

• Educate customers and staff on the company's product range.

• Participate in regional sales meetings and organize trade shows.

• Suggest new product modifications and innovative ideas.

• Achieve sales targets and provide monthly forecasting information.

• Timely submission of achievement and expense reports is required.

• Create and uphold comprehensive profiles of competing manufacturers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in capital equipment sales.

• Strong mechanical knowledge is essential.

• Must demonstrate proficiency in computer skills.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities are required.

• A high level of initiative, enthusiasm, and motivation is necessary.

• Capability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage costs and resources is essential.
