This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Managing sales operations across your district, establishing targets, and driving overall growth.
• Assisting with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Creating and nurturing a collaborative and motivating team atmosphere.
• Developing and maintaining efficient territories with effective routing strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales data to pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
• Supervising the daily activities of sales representatives and providing constructive feedback.
• Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet established targets.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales management.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time within the district.
• A strong passion for sales along with the drive to achieve success.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
