District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of Design Consultants

• Foster profitable revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction

• Oversee the district’s budget and sales objectives

• Engage in impactful interactions with your team

• Facilitate weekly training sessions that emphasize sales techniques

• Identify emerging client markets and develop strategic initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading a dynamic outside/in-home sales team

• A demonstrated passion for mentoring and nurturing sales professionals

• Capability to seamlessly transition between field leadership and remote work

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation abilities

• High energy, a strong work ethic, and an infectious enthusiasm

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
