This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drives sales through the Sales Pro team to enhance commercial sales and the overall NAPA Commercial Value Proposition.
• Communicates monthly wholesale strategies and tactics to the Sales Pros, setting goals and holding sellers accountable.
• Builds high-performance teams, ensuring that NAPA's vision, values, and culture exceed expectations for employees, customers, and key stakeholders to drive NAPA’s profitability.
• Leads and motivates the Sales Pro team to meet and surpass the sales quota of assigned accounts.
• Leverages NAPA Wholesale promotions, programs, and initiatives effectively.
• Tracks sales metrics and prepares reports for senior management to convey progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with store teams, customers, and executive leadership to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversees debt collections and manages expenses within budgetary constraints.
• High school diploma and over 2 years of experience in leading a sales team.
• In-depth understanding and mastery of fundamental selling skills, such as preparing for sales calls, managing customer meetings, handling customer resistance, closing sales, and account maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of NAPA operations and systems, along with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent results-oriented management abilities, multi-tasking and time management skills, exceptional team leadership qualities, and a robust work ethic.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, including a commitment to consistently providing superior customer service, the ability to respond appropriately under pressure, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrating adaptability in response to changing business priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to condense detailed information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Initiative-driven, deliverable-focused, with a strong work ethic, capable of prioritizing and resolving multiple issues simultaneously.
