This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Achieve consistent and sustainable growth in sales and profits year-over-year within the designated geographical region.
β’ Engage in business planning and take full accountability for results.
β’ Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
β’ Actively seek out new customer prospects.
β’ Maintain proactive and ongoing connections with customers.
β’ A minimum of 4-6 years of proven success in field sales growth/experience in lubrication or a related industry (preferred).
β’ Strong technical sales skills with a solid mechanical aptitude.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong presentation skills.
β’ A demonstrated history of consistently winning new business.
β’ Experience with CRM and SFA tools is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time within Canada and the US as required.
