This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Gain a thorough understanding of your customers' needs through research to establish insights into their priorities.
• Provide support to your team by actively participating in and leading prospect meetings.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of the weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to mentor direct reports on strategies that drive closure.
• Engage proactively in territory planning and development, fostering relationships and creating opportunities to enhance revenue by assisting your team in closing deals.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that achieves results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while also mentoring and developing your team.
• Possess extensive technical knowledge of our portfolio, with the capability to take a comprehensive approach to assist in resolving customer challenges.
• Drive and manage team selling opportunities effectively.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving ambitious goals, maintaining a proactive mindset when encountering setbacks.
• Ability to communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, while fostering open and trustworthy relationships.
• Successfully influence others during change management initiatives.
• Develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and training while upholding our core values.
• Experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, particularly in the networking and/or security sectors.
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving sales landscape.
• Consistent year-over-year success in managing sales pipelines and achieving results.
• Highly motivated individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• History of reliably meeting revenue targets and goals while concentrating on team development and growth.
• Able to effectively manage significant client escalations and issues.
• Exceptional at influencing others, both within and outside the organization; proficient in communicating effectively and building consensus across various functional groups to meet objectives.
