District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead a district team of 7-9 HSCs

• Execute district business evaluations

• Develop and nurture customer relationships

• Supervise the district's business strategies

• Collaborate across various functions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Science

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• At least 5 years of experience in people management

• Prior experience in CNS, ADHD, or Mental Health therapeutic areas is preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• CCPE Basic certification required

• CCPE People Management Accreditation is preferred
