This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and support the team of RSRs within the district, ensuring effective communication regarding sales opportunities, promotions, safety updates, and adherence to company policies.
• Execute sales strategies, track performance through DSD reports, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to uncover opportunities for growth and cost efficiency.
• Manage warehouse inventories, uphold inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with warehouse processes and procedures.
• Enforce adherence to DOT, fleet, and safety regulations, minimizing accidents and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and oversee RSR route schedules, including PTO and coverage for open routes, to guarantee seamless service delivery across the district.
• Prepare and submit district-level reports, encompassing sales performance and compliance updates.
• Conduct market tours and verify that customer accounts align with company standards, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Train and cultivate employees to ensure they meet performance standards and comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with the POG compliance team, upper management, and HR to align district initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Participate in and oversee district-level reset projects, ensuring successful execution of promotions at the store level.
• High school diploma or GED (additional post-high school education is preferred).
• Professional experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD).
• Prior management experience in a DSD environment.
• DOT certification and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card with a minimum renewal period of one year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational tools.
• Clean driving record and capability to operate DOT-certified trucks up to 16 feet in length.
• Experience in route planning, inventory management, and sales operations.
• Willingness to travel and work independently, making informed business decisions.
