📋 Description

• Regularly engage in field activities by visiting stores, maintaining visibility, and guiding your district team towards achieving impressive sales objectives.

• Actively implement recruiting and hiring strategies to ensure stores exceed target staffing levels, fostering a robust talent pipeline and preparing for future growth.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and store leaders to anticipate staffing requirements, reduce vacancies, and lower turnover through timely hiring and effective onboarding processes.

• Cultivate, mentor, and empower top talent for retail excellence through coaching and in-store demonstrations aimed at achieving high sales performance.

• Analyze sales and performance metrics to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and enhance execution across the district.

• Manage daily operations, encompassing scheduling, inventory control, cash management, and in-store merchandising.

• Establish strong partnerships with store leaders and convey market insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Demonstrate leadership by exemplifying a customer-first approach, making ethical, results-oriented decisions, and collaborating with your team in stores.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or sales is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in multi-location sales management is preferred.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the flexibility to support the team as needed, including during evenings and weekends.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 85% of the time to assist stores and teams throughout the district.

• Strong communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships with store leaders and field teams.

• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and effectively managing time across multiple locations.
