This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage and coach the team alongside the Store Manager.
• Monitor the store's KPIs and develop an action plan for improvements.
• Ensure the proper implementation of new procedures and concepts within the store.
• Exude positivity and inspire your colleagues to do the same: sell our products with a smile.
• Maintain a consistently pristine appearance of the store.
• Oversee effective inventory management.
• Identify the developmental needs of colleagues and provide them with appropriate training in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Eager to grow and takes responsibility for their personal and career development.
