This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, enhance, and boost district sales performance to achieve or surpass annual sales and market share goals.
• Ensure full implementation of corporate sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct account evaluations for key clients.
• Track product usage to identify growth trends and/or declines in purchasing behavior.
• Provide ongoing feedback to district sales representatives.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management is necessary.
• Proven leadership, motivational, and management abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.
• Must reside within the district's geographical area.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Proficient in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
