This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Guide Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI goals throughout the District by evaluating performance trends, recognizing risks and opportunities, and implementing action plans to enhance results.
• Convert performance data into straightforward, actionable insights for Store Managers, connecting commercial outcomes to in-store behaviors and actions, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Perform structured store visits aimed at coaching, evaluating performance, and ensuring execution quality.
• Lead targeted performance recovery initiatives in underperforming stores, offering hands-on support and coaching until sustainable improvement is realized.
• Advocate for brand DNA across stores, ensuring a robust visual identity, engaging product storytelling, and an elevated customer experience.
• Oversee and direct the opening of new stores and the recruitment of store talent.
• Foster an inclusive, people-first culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and engagement.
• Ensure stores consistently execute brand initiatives and marketing campaigns promptly.
• Monitor customer metrics and implement improvement plans throughout the district.
• Serve as the representative of stores with the Brand’s HQ functions, collaborating with central retail operations to advance business and implement brand strategy.
• Clearly communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations to Store Managers.
• Collaborate closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams.
• Strong and consistent management experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational outcomes.
• Ideally possess experience managing multiple stores.
• Excellent people leader with demonstrated skills in coaching and development.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong business insight and planning capabilities.
• Capable of managing complexity, ambiguity, and pace across various locations while maintaining a focus on execution excellence.
• High level of responsibility management, communication skills, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel).
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Reside within the designated area.
