District Manager – Northern Germany, Poland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI targets throughout the District.

• Evaluate performance trends, recognize risks and opportunities, and implement strategic action plans.

• Conduct systematic store visits aimed at coaching and assessing performance.

• Spearhead performance recovery initiatives in underperforming stores.

• Advocate for brand DNA across all stores.

• Oversee and direct the opening of new stores and the recruitment of store talent.

• Ensure consistent and timely execution of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns across stores.

• Track customer metrics and drive improvement strategies across the district.

• Serve as the representative of stores with the Brand’s HQ functions.

• Clearly communicate priorities, process modifications, and performance expectations.

• Strong and consistent management experience in a similar role.

• Proven track record of delivering commercial and operational success.

• Preferably experienced in managing multiple stores.

• Effective people leader with established coaching and development capabilities.

• Data-oriented decision-maker.

• Capable of navigating complexity, ambiguity, and pace across various locations.

• High level of accountability, management, communication skills, and adaptability.

• Proficient in both English and German.

• Reside within the designated area.

• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel).
