• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to ensure sales targets are met in a designated region.

• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.

• Organize in-field initiatives to achieve desired results and established objectives.

• Leverage market and team dynamics to enhance both revenue and profitability.

• Ensure effective collaboration in daily operations and long-term business strategies.

• Establish the tone and pace for organizational processes and workflows.
