This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to ensure sales targets are met in a designated area.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking progress.
• Optimize market conditions, segment opportunities, and team dynamics to enhance both top-line and bottom-line performance.
• Coach, mentor, and train both direct and indirect team members to improve individual capabilities and boost overall team effectiveness.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during the business planning process.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related discipline is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is necessary.
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management (external management experience may be considered).
• Demonstrated leadership as a District Manager, including adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Capability to explain the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas effectively.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to nurture talent for promotional advancement.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Must fulfill all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
