This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as an inspiring Line Manager for HOKA Store Managers, ensuring that all teams are aligned with a distinct brand vision and measurable business goals.
• Maintain regular communication with your stores on a weekly basis through visits, virtual meetings, and written correspondence.
• Increase outlet store sales annually while maximizing profitability and overseeing regional new store openings and refurbishments.
• Promote excellence throughout the outlet store business models.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Retail function to implement the DTC business strategy and objectives.
• Ensure that all business activities adhere to local laws, regulations, and operating policies within your region.
• Encourage stores to surpass customer service benchmarks at each customer interaction.
• Mentor and develop HOKA Store Management to enhance performance and ensure succession within the company.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for Store Management.
• Travel frequently within the region and internationally as necessary.
• Advocate for Deckers values to ensure they remain central to our business operations.
• Experience in outlet retail management within a similar industry.
• A strong connection with the HOKA brand journey.
• Background as an established multi-site manager is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR policies and procedures in your region.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.
