This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• The District Manager is tasked with overseeing a designated Towne Park district and is accountable for the district's performance in financial metrics, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business development goals.
• Collaborates closely with the Vice President of Operations/Regional Director to ensure that corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural values are integrated into district operations.
• Manages the activities and effectiveness of Account Managers and additional district support staff to fulfill company and client objectives.
• Assigns responsibilities and provides training to managers on all aspects necessary for the effective operation of a contract site.
• Understands and promotes business metrics and performance indicators to ensure efficiency, high performance, and compliance within the district.
• Regularly evaluates work processes to ensure they are functional and efficient.
• Conducts weekly meetings with district staff and other meetings as required.
• Ensures that all Account Managers adhere to deadlines for forecasting and reporting accurate information to corporate accounting.
• Maintains ongoing communication with Account Managers to monitor their progress in achieving key staffing and scheduling goals and objectives.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and client relations.
• Capability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while performing under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications with technical skills to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various technology tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
• Ability to exercise significant judgment and discretion in handling matters of importance for the company.
• Capacity to represent the company effectively in diverse settings with an appreciation for different cultures.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
• Skilled in composing professional internal and external business correspondence, including reports, memos, letters, and emails.
