This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the sales and service operations for the district within the Company.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers in the district.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving the revenue and profitability goals for the district.
• Identify new business prospects and work to increase market share in the assigned district.
• Lead and supervise the district's Field Service Engineer team to provide outstanding on-site customer support.
• Coordinate the service schedules within the district as necessary, ensuring prompt delivery of on-site services and solutions.
• Promote the utilization of RMC product technology, including corrosion and scale inhibitors.
• Develop and establish objectives that align with the overall division's goals for profitable sales growth, customer service, and personnel development.
• Oversee team core competencies, including technical expertise, business management, and sales methodologies, to meet specific sales targets within the territory.
• Foster team development, assess performance, and provide recommendations to attract, motivate, and retain qualified individuals.
• Stay updated on the latest technology, product advancements, marketing, and sales trends through reading, and attending seminars and conferences.
• Embrace and exemplify the values and culture of RMC.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience, particularly in the food and beverage production sector.
• Required management experience of 3-5 years, ideally in sales roles within related industries.
• In-depth understanding of sales management practices and direct sales techniques.
