This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.
• Surpass Targets: Achieve Quarterly Objectives, Perfect Store, and Scorecard KPI Metrics.
• Lead with Influence: Conduct regular field visits to evaluate execution, foster relationships, and support RTMs.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure seamless implementation of sales priorities, customer plans, and merchandising programs in-store.
• District Collaborations: Partner with RDR and RVPs to align district strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Plan for Expansion: Analyze sales data to uncover trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Build Connections: Maintain communication with RTMs and Customer Business Teams (CBT).
• Optimize Resources: Recruit, develop, and train the RTMs.
• Champion Territory Success: Recruit, develop, and train the Retail Sales Team.
• Own the Cadence: Review and assess sales routes to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within safety and operational guidelines.
• High School Diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail leadership, ideally in direct store delivery (DSD) or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching abilities.
