This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Guide store teams to achieve consistent business outcomes, ensuring accountability for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across various departments and functions to align district performance with corporate objectives, utilizing clear communication to inspire action and understanding.
• Build robust talent pipelines by coaching, mentoring, and implementing succession planning to guarantee continuity in leadership.
• Evaluate district performance using data analysis tools such as PowerBi to identify challenges and implement action plans for underperforming locations.
• Navigate operational complexities by aligning priorities, managing resources, and upholding brand and operational standards.
• Foster and support an inclusive workplace culture where diverse teams feel appreciated, empowered, and motivated.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, tailoring messages to influence, engage, and promote alignment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to stores within the designated area.
• Over 5 years of District Management experience, including the responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing store managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring the consistent application of company standards across multiple locations.
• Excellent communicator capable of inspiring teams and fostering collaboration across functions.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; confident in managing complex situations.
• Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in specialty retail or the apparel sector.
• Proven success in turning around underperforming stores.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail and digital engagement strategies.
• Well-connected within the retail industry with a history of external recruiting.
