District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Analyze trends in product performance across your portfolio and formulate a strategic merchandising plan to optimize performance using data, strategy, and seasonality.

• Conduct effective store visits aimed at promoting behaviors that empower the team to consistently achieve results in all business areas.

• Explore and implement various strategies to reach goals when faced with challenges; prepare for contingencies.

• Recognize and address problems with sustainable solutions.

• Maintain a strong awareness of the external market and competitive landscape.

• Ensure that stores operate in accordance with all Gap Inc. policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of multi-unit, high-volume, complex business leadership experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Willingness to travel overnight and/or between stores as needed.

• Capability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
