• Provide guidance and mentorship to location managers and their teams.
• Monitor and assess financial performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role within the industry or a related automotive sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A proven history of meeting revenue targets and operational goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and formulating action plans to enhance performance.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the industry.
• Willingness to travel within the district and, when necessary, outside of it.
