District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers.

• Direct a team of Center Directors while providing essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a consistent emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence.

• Cultivate customer relationships throughout the market.

• Facilitate sound business decisions with a focus on children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and make decisions that enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.

• Strong business acumen; capable of driving financial results and recognizing sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer-centric and talent-focused environment.
