This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a dedicated team of Center Directors and educators.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across your district.

• Cultivate customer relationships throughout the market while promoting sound business decisions that prioritize children and families.

• Oversee a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.

• Strong business acumen; ability to drive financial success and identify sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in an environment focused on both customer service and talent development.
