This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Participate in District meetings to relay service metrics and other relevant information.
• Oversee Managers' engagement in the SSC-led captainship program.
• Responsible for addressing and following up on merchandising concerns.
• Uphold, maintain, and advocate for all legal company policies and positions.
• Coach and guide direct reports, providing continuous performance feedback.
• Offer direction, establish priorities, and assist with assigned tasks.
• Ensure effective execution of staffing, training, rewards, and recognition.
• Conduct store visits and review reports for day and night teams.
• Accountable for the key deliverables of the team.
• Provide guidance on merchandising initiatives and special projects.
• Leverage the regional captainship program to identify and address local and national challenges.
• Use interactive reporting tools to extract key merchandising and operational reports.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with Tableau.
• Knowledgeable in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract).
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in retrieving, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data using web-based programs and handheld devices.
• Experience in the retail merchandising service industry or working directly for a large-scale retailer with multi-location responsibilities.
• Background in merchandising.
• Experienced in project management.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience with large teams.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license and have proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to travel daily, with non-overnight travel up to 100% of the time.
