District Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial strategy, operational analysis, and business decision support throughout the district.

• Collaborate closely with regional and unit leadership teams.

• Accountable for thorough financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Facilitate both internal and client-facing discussions.

• Analyze P&L performance, labor and cost trends, and cash flow.

• Enhance profitability through district-level financial planning, reporting, analysis, and operational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading financial strategies.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for site visits.
