District Consultant – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitating professional learning opportunities focused on best practices for utilizing products in alignment with instructional methodologies.

• Experience in delivering large-scale professional development within a virtual setting is essential.

• Coordinate both in-person and virtual professional development and technical services.

• Collaborate with the Renaissance Project Management team to create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule.

• Work closely with key Renaissance leaders to promptly address customer concerns in a professional manner.

• Establish and uphold clear communication channels with schools, district, and state leaders, as well as Renaissance®.

• Conduct weekly status meetings with key leaders in coordination with the Renaissance Project Management team.

• Raise awareness regarding the implementation process.

• Collaborate with stakeholders both remotely and onsite (when applicable) to oversee the implementation and formulate recommendations for future actions.

• Identify and pursue opportunities that enhance or broaden the state’s implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, possess knowledge of Chicago Public Schools.

• Familiarity with our Star product is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with key state and district leaders.

• Understanding of the operational dynamics within school districts in the state.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
