This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the development of the District by coordinating the Sales Business Units and Channel activities within the District.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales Teams and Channel Account Managers to pinpoint areas of potential for the District.
• Identify partners to collaborate with in these targeted areas and formulate a growth plan in partnership with them, assisted by the respective CAM.
• Create a growth strategy for the District with defined priorities.
• Propel specific sales initiatives with the assistance of Direct Sales Teams, Channel Account Managers, and partners.
• Formulate annual and quarterly plans to foster incremental growth, meet objectives, and surpass quota responsibilities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and influencers both internally and externally.
• Significant experience as a Direct Sales Account Manager in the IT sector, preferably in Security.
• Ideally, you possess experience in a Channel-facing role, such as a Partner Manager or Channel Leader.
• Previous leadership experience with virtual teams is preferred.
• Strong capability to manage complex projects and organizational structures.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with individuals from various roles and teams in intricate environments, both internally and externally.
• A thorough understanding of the German IT market and Channel-led business is essential.
• An established network of relationships within the German IT Channel landscape is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation and project management skills in both German and English.
• Attention to detail and precision are critical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SFDC is required.
